A tech will come spring and fall to service my heat pump, humidifier, sump pump and tankless water heater, making sure everything is running as it should with equipment in my conditioned crawlspace. I find them professional and Knowledgeable, and we appreciate that the tech arrives timely for scheduled appointments! There have also been two problems since moving into our new home nine years ago, both were warranty issues. Compass quickly took care of submitting the warranty claims and then replaced the parts. 3 months agoCompass Energy was delightful to work with. The office staff are excellent, we spoke to Hailey this time and she was very friendly and understanding. Our AC units needed regular maintenance service but also weren't cooling properly, and she worked to be able to fit us into the schedule. Our AC units needed regular maintenance service but also weren't cooling properly, and she worked to be able to fit us into the schedule. We received text confirmation of our appointment which was nice. Craig was a terrific technician, he phoned to let us know he was on the way (on time!) was very friendly and professional, and did an excellent job. We are very pleased, will continue our preventative maintenance and would recommend! Read Less

a month agoAgain, Craig was great. He called to let me know he was available earlier than scheduled due to cancellations. He arrived within minutes, completed everything quickly, showed me pictures of what he had to fix. Great service - thank you

3 weeks agoGreat service. We have a service contract with Compass and a few days before a scheduled maintenance the thermostat on our ground floor unit wasn’t working properly. They were out the next day and although the problem was a bit tricky to diagnose the stuck with it and resolved it, cleaned our two units with only a small bill for the defective par... They were out the next day and although the problem was a bit tricky to diagnose the stuck with it and resolved it, cleaned our two units with only a small bill for the defective part that they replaced. They took the two outside units apart and cleaned them thoroughly. Great people to work with! Read Less

3 weeks ago5Had our fan motor go out this past Friday on our York Dual Fuel unit. (Lockout code 1 1/2 months after the warranty ended. How's that for planned obsolescence.) Luckily the weather outside is in the 70s so we were able to get by without it until the repair technician arrived. Called Compass on Saturday to get on this week's schedule as it was not ... The technician was great, explained everything and had the motor on the truck and replaced it and checked out the system. Everything working great.
