4 weeks agoI have been using Compass for 5 years now for repair and maintenance and have always been pleased with their services. They are also very helpful in the past when I had an issue that they were able to easily diagnose via phone. Highly recommended!

2 months agoHad to get new unit installed air handler and outside unit because old unit went up. They sent a technician out immediately and they ordered a new unit. They set up a fan to keep house warm til new unit came in and was installed a week later. Had issue with unit not warming house enough so they sent technician back out immediately to make adjustmen... 2 months agoFirst, the service techs were on time and arrived at my house within the time slot they had promised. Their first order of business was to protect the floors and move any furniture that may be in harms way. This act alone gave my wife a sense of relief. Their first order of business was to protect the floors and move any furniture that may be in harms way. This act alone gave my wife a sense of relief. ( I was not present during the equipment replacement) The crew was very courteous and professional towards my wife. They were also very willing to explain in detail how to operate the equipment after it was installed and the best practices of how to maintenance it as well. She was impressed and very appreciative of everything. I will absolutely be calling them for any of our future HVAC needs. Read Less
